Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit digitale-fachkraft.de and when you send us an enquiry. Digitale Fachkraft is a service of a. scheller edv-beratung and runs on DENKRAUM AI.

2. Hosting and technical provision

The website runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in its Nuremberg data centre. No processing takes place in third countries.

When you open a page, the server receives the connection data it technically needs, in particular your IP address, the address requested, the time and details of the browser you use. This data is processed only to deliver the page and to protect the server against misuse. The upstream proxy does not keep access logs. Any backups of the server at Hetzner are overwritten after seven days at the latest.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide the website reliably and securely.

3. No cookies, no statistics, no third-party content

This website sets no cookies, does not count visits and builds no usage profiles. It does not embed any content or services from third parties: images come from our server, and fonts are taken from the system fonts on your device.

The staffing plan calculator and the filter for the specialists run only in your browser. Your selection and the hourly rate you enter are neither transmitted nor stored.

4. Enquiries via the form

The form sends nothing to our server. When you click “Prepare request”, your browser puts together an email text from your details: name and email address and, if you fill in these optional fields, company, phone number, the positions you are interested in, the size of your business and your message.

You can copy this text or open it in your email app. It is only sent when you send the email from there yourself. When you copy it, your browser places the text on your clipboard; nothing is transmitted to us. Section 5 then applies to the email.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to deal with it. Emails reach us via our mailbox info@scheller-edv.de, which is operated by Zoho (Zoho Corporation B.V., Netherlands) in data centres in the EU. Our replies to your enquiry are sent from there too.

We use your details solely to answer your enquiry, by email or, if you give a phone number, also by phone. We do not pass them on to third parties, sign you up for a newsletter or use them for advertising.

For pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is dealing with your message. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example if your enquiry leads to an order.

6. Links to other websites

Links to scheller-edv.de, for example to the legal notice, and to denkraumai.com lead to separate websites. The respective website is only accessed once you open such a link. Its own privacy notice applies there.

7. Your rights

Within the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it with effect for the future.

Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For private companies in Bavaria, this is in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht). To exercise your rights, contact us at info@scheller-edv.de.
