The position in detail

Knowledge spaces instead of scattered files

  • Notes live in folders, as Markdown. They remain your files and can be exported at any time.
  • Import and export are compatible with Obsidian.
  • Every earlier version stays in the history, and answers name the source and version of the knowledge.
  • Notes link to each other. “Connections” shows the whole network and links that lead nowhere.

The AI suggests, your team decides

  • New insights, open questions and contradictions are set aside for review. You see exactly what changes.
  • The person responsible approves, edits first or rejects.
  • The learning centre shows how your knowledge is used. The maintenance run finds gaps, and test questions check that the answers are right.
  • Summaries, FAQs or a glossary are created on request and are also set aside for review first.
